About the ECI

The European Copper Institute is a joint venture between the world's leading mining companies, custom smelters and semi-fabricators represented by the International Copper Association, Ltd (ICA) and the European copper industry.  We are committed to the expansion and support of copper's end-use markets in Europe.

We aim to use facts, figures and the results of scientific research to strengthen public awareness of copper's value to society and to the environment.  To do this, we devise, secure funding for, and implement market promotion initiatives at both a European and a national level.
